Laser Cutting

This our new addition to the workshop as of 2024. Our laser machine uses N2 and O2 to cut a wide range of metals.

The size of the bed inside the machine is 2.5m x 1.25m.

We are able to machine:

• Mild steel up to 15mm
• Aluminium up to 8mm
• Stainless steel up to 8mm
• Brass up to 8mm

The software package we use optimises the parts to provide the most cost effective layout and the least wastage.

We also offer CAD drawing services to turn your drawings into a format for cutting.
