Panel Fluting

Using MR MDF, we are able to cut a convex design into the face of the material.

This tool and choice of material in the example shows the accuracy and finish of the detail that can be machined. We are able to offer this in any direction across a board size.

We have seen this design used for doors / fascias and wall panelling, when this cut into a thinner material it is also possible to follow curved wall or desk fronts. For more information on this form of CNC machining, please contact us.
